Guest Photo Friday - Acequia

This came from my good pal Daniel. I wasn't sure what an acequia was, so I wikipediaed it (that doesn't have the same ring as "Googled", but whatever...). It's a community-operated waterway used in Spain and in the former Spanish colonies for irrigation. Daniel lives in the southwest, so I can see why they'd have a lot of these there.

I love the colors in the shot, and the reflection of the tree and the sky in the acequia are really a nice element. Good work, Daniel!

Another photo tomorrow...
